The Warrior of the Light Foundation was created to celebrate and honor the life of Yassy Hosseini, a fierce, brave and remarkable warrior who battled breast cancer for 7 years before she lost that fight. During those 7 years, she dedicated herself to helping City of Hope raise funds to continue their research in finding a cure to the disease that has taken too many, too soon.
